Paper Quilling - Ma Durga

I wanted to do the image of Ma Durga (the Goddess of power and energy) in Paper Quilling. As Navratri has started, I thought this is the best time to start my work. I liked the way it turned out. So decided to share the image of Ma Durga done in Paper Quilling with you.

About Navratri :

Navaratri is a Hindu festival of worship and dance. The word Navaratri means nine nights in Sanskrit.

It is celebrated during the period of Sarad Masi Aswin by Hindu lunar calendar, these days have its importance. In these eight days and nine nights, devotees adore three different aspects of the supreme goddess or goddesses. These days are dedicated to Durga Maa (the Goddess of power and energy), Lakshmi Maa (the Goddess of peace and prosperity), Saraswati Maa (to acquire the spiritual) knowledge.

Thank you!!
Happy Quilling!!
